Lil Durk post $250,000 Bond and released from Jail

Channel 2 Action News reports A judge has granted a $250,000 bond for rapper Lil Durk and he could get out of jail at any time. A Fulton County Judge Kevin Farmer rejected a request by prosecutors to keep the rapper, whose full name is Durk Derrick Banks, in custody.

The criminal case against him will move forward.

Farmer said the charges against Banks were serious, but he noted that Banks had turned himself in and didn't appear to have taken any steps to dodge an arrest warrant.

Under the conditions of his bond, the rapper cannot be anywhere near a weapon; he must be in the house from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. every day; and he may not attempt to intimidate any witness. He'll also be required to wear an ankle monitor at all times.
